Resin Creations: Resin pieces require a minimum of 72 hours to fully cure before they can be sanded, polished, finished, and packaged. This curing time is essential to ensure the strength, durability, and long-term quality of your piece.

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, metallic effects, and design placement are normal. These natural variations make every creation truly unique.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and custom items, your package will ship once all items have been completed unless otherwise arranged.

Once your order has been carefully inspected and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What to do when your cup arrives:

• You may notice a small bubble, which is completely normal. It was left intentionally for shipping purposes.
• Snow Globe Cups: Give it a good shake. Glitter will settle during transit.
• Lava Drip Tumblers: DO NOT SHAKE as it will create small air bubbles. Turn it upside down a few times to get the glitter and lava to start flowing properly.
